RFI Form For Construction Projects

This is a "Request For Information" or simply an RFI Form for use at any Construction Project.

RFIs are used widely when there is a question that needs to be replied by a Designer, a Client, a Subcontractor or whoever needs to clarify something that is not clear in the specs or in a drawing for example. It is an extremely helpful process.

You will get an MS Word .doc editable file that includes all the steps of an RFI (question and response).

You will also get all future revisions of this product as I revise all files regularly.
